The best food I’ve ever had in my life.
Mind-blowing food.
So good that I can say with certainty that I recommend it to friends, family, and tourists.
Food is good, enjoyable, and something I wouldn’t mind eating daily, but I wouldn’t bring out-of-town friends or recommend to tourists.
A bit better than average, but nothing extraordinary.
Average. This is where most restaurants are placed when I eat out. It doesn’t mean the food is bad; it’s just food that anyone can make or is just the usual.
Food that I could cook at home pretty easily. Often drier or soggier than what the average restaurant serves.
Food that is either too dry or meant to be hot but served way too cold.
Food that tastes downright horrible, but not to the point where it’s dangerous to eat.
Food is undercooked, has a piece of hair in it, or is way too over-burnt, potentially making it dangerous to eat.
Inedible, almost completely raw, or contains an insect or foreign debris.
